Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out the standards of conduct expected from users of TVIEW LAB (the "Service"), operated by VIBE MAKER (the "Company"), to keep the Service fair, safe, and functioning well for everyone.
This AUP is a companion to the Terms of Service. Violations may result in account actions as described in Terms of Service §14 (Termination).
§1. Scope
This AUP applies to:
- Everyone who uses the Service, whether on a free or paid plan
- Anyone who accesses the Service through APIs or automated tooling
- Anyone who consumes, shares, or repurposes Content produced by the Service
§2. Prohibited conduct
The following actions may result in loss of access or account termination.
§2-1. Account
- Sharing a single paid account among multiple people
- Transferring or disclosing account authentication (password, session token) to others
- Creating an account under someone else's identity
- Operating multiple accounts for improper purposes
§2-2. Content
- Redistributing our reports, indicators, or data for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Circumventing paid access controls, or copying paid Content to provide it to third parties
- Using our Content as training data for AI systems (see IP Policy §7)
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-collecting Content by methods we have not explicitly permitted
§2-3. Systems
- Generating load that interferes with normal operation of the Service (repeated requests, bulk traffic)
- Accessing the API by methods we have not provided, or circumventing authentication
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities without prior responsible disclosure
- Accessing the Service using malware, bots, or automated scripts
§2-4. Other users
- Defaming, threatening, or harassing others on the Service
- Collecting, storing, or publishing others' personal information without consent
- Posting content that infringes the intellectual property of others
§2-5. Markets
- Using our research, indicators, or backtests to operate a service that provides trading signals or investment advisory
- Using our name or brand imagery to sell your own paid services
- Using our research in market manipulation or the spread of false information
§3. Enforcement
Where we identify a violation, we may take the following actions.
§3-1. Graduated actions
- Warning — for minor first-time violations, request to correct the behavior
- Temporary suspension — for repeated or serious violations, restrict account access for a period
- Permanent termination — for severe violations (account resale, commercial redistribution, system attacks) or persistent repeat violations, delete the account and block re-registration
§3-2. Immediate action
The following may be actioned without prior notice:
- Attacks that interfere with normal operation
- Actions that create a direct risk to the safety or property of others
- Violations of applicable law or requests from law enforcement
§3-3. Appeal
Users whose accounts have been restricted may appeal through our contact channel. We review appeals and respond within a reasonable period.
§4. Reporting
If you observe a violation of this AUP, please report it via our contact channel. We keep reporter information confidential.

§5. Refunds and damages
When an account is terminated for a violation of this AUP, refunds for already-paid subscription fees are handled per the Refund Policy. If the violation causes damages to the Company, we may seek separate compensation.
§6. Updates to this AUP
This AUP is updated as the operating environment and legal requirements evolve. Updates are reflected in the "Last updated" date, and material changes are announced through the Service's notice channels.
