This Privacy Policy explains how VIBE MAKER ("TVIEW LAB," "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information of users of the TVIEW LAB service, and the rights you have. If you are a California resident, see the "California Privacy Rights" section below.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address and identity-provider identifier (Google, Kakao sign-in).
• Transaction information: our reseller Paddle processes your payment as Merchant of Record; we receive limited transaction data (for example order, country, currency), not full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions and purchases, deliver research and the newsletter, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the Service.

3. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information to service providers that act on our behalf, including our reseller/payment processor (Paddle), hosting and infrastructure providers, AI/content providers, analytics, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information for money. See the California section on "sharing."

4. International processing

We are operated from the Republic of Korea, and your personal information is processed there and by service providers in other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed outside your state or country.

5. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods, or the criteria for them, are described by category on request.

6. Your choices

You can access or update your account information, unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in each email, and control cookies through your browser and our banner. To make a privacy request, contact contact@tviewlab.com.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know/access the personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We disclose, and let you request, the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business or commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties. We provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure.
