Subscription Terms

Effective: July 24, 2026 Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Subscription Terms cover the paid subscription features of TVIEW LAB (the "Service"), operated by VIBE MAKER (the "Company"). They apply once you subscribe to a paid plan and should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

Terms not defined here take the meanings given in Terms of Service §2. This document is the detailed rule set for Terms of Service §7 (Paid services).

§1. Plans

We offer three plans. Full feature and pricing details are on the Service's pricing page.

  • Free — Basic access. Public research, the newsletter, and the library at no cost.
  • Premium — A recurring paid subscription. Access to in-depth research, backtests, tools, and paid features listed on the pricing page.
  • Enterprise — Custom plans for teams and partners, governed by a separate agreement.

Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles may change from time to time. Changes are subject to §5.

The Free plan is not subject to the paid provisions of this document, but the Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Risk Disclosure apply equally.

§2. Subscription start

Your subscription begins when you complete checkout and we confirm payment. Once payment is confirmed, paid features are immediately available on your account.

Before completing payment, please confirm the amount, billing cycle, auto-renewal status, next billing date, and cancellation method. This information is displayed on the checkout page and in the confirmation email.

The Service is intended for users at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction). We may verify age and refuse or terminate service if this condition is not met.

§3. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you explicitly cancel. This is the default so your access is not interrupted.

  • Renewal date: repeats on the same day of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), based on your original payment date.
  • Payment method: your subscription renews using the payment method you registered. If it fails, we follow the process in §4.
  • Renewal amount: the then-current standard price applies at renewal. Introductory discounts or promotions apply only to the periods stated at checkout.
  • Advance notice: for annual or longer subscriptions, we email you before renewal with the renewal date, amount, and cancellation instructions.
  • Cancel any time: cancel through your account settings or by contacting us. See §6.

§4. Payment

We support credit card, debit card, and other payment methods offered by our payment gateway. Available methods are listed on the checkout page and may change with our gateway's coverage.

  • Payment data handling: card details are handled by the payment gateway. We receive only the minimum data required to confirm payment. See Privacy Policy.
  • Taxes: the amount you pay may include applicable taxes, shown separately on the checkout page.
  • Failed payment: if a renewal fails (expired card, credit limit, declined authorization), we notify you and retry within a reasonable window. If payment cannot be confirmed after retry attempts, paid features may be suspended automatically.
  • Receipts and invoices: you receive a confirmation email after each successful payment. For tax invoices or other billing documents, contact us.
  • Suspected fraud: if we detect a chargeback attempt, disputed transaction, or unauthorized use, we may suspend related payments and access while we investigate.

§5. Price changes

We may change the price, billing cycle, or feature composition of any plan.

  • Advance notice: price increases and other changes that materially affect your subscription are announced in advance, on the Service and by email. Notice is at least 30 days for material changes.
  • Existing billing cycle protected: for an already-paid billing cycle, the original price applies until the end of that cycle.
  • Applies at next renewal: new pricing applies at the first auto-renewal on or after the effective date.
  • Your choice: if you disagree with the new price, cancel before the effective date. Continuing to renew means you accept it.
  • Promotions and discounts: promotional pricing applies only under the terms stated at checkout. Once the promotion ends, the standard price applies.

Price decreases and benefit increases may take effect without advance notice.

§6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • How to cancel: through your account settings. If self-service cancellation is not available, contact us. We process contact-based cancellation requests within three business days.
  • When it takes effect: cancellation stops the next auto-renewal. Access to paid features continues through the end of the already-paid billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Cancellation is not immediate revocation: cancellation stops the next charge; it does not immediately revoke access to the period you have already paid for. Refunds for unused portions of the paid period are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation by us: if you violate the Terms of Service, these Terms, or the IP Policy, we may terminate or suspend your subscription. Refunds in that case are governed by the Refund Policy.

Cancellation is designed to be as easy as sign-up. If any part of the cancellation flow is not working, please contact us and we'll process it directly.

§7. Service changes

We may modify, add to, or discontinue features included in a paid plan.

  • Minor changes (small improvements, UI adjustments, performance work) may be made without advance notice. We announce them on the Service.
  • Material changes (removal or substantial reduction of a paid feature) are announced in advance by email.
  • Your choice: if a material change affects your subscription in a way you do not accept, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused portion of the paid period. Refund conditions are in the Refund Policy.
  • Temporary interruptions: routine maintenance, emergency security work, or infrastructure failures may cause temporary interruptions. We notify you before or after as feasible. For events outside our control (upstream data providers, payment gateway outages, telecoms), see Disclaimer §4.
  • Full service discontinuation: if we discontinue the Service entirely, we announce it with reasonable advance notice and describe the refund and data-handling process.

§8. Ending your subscription

Your subscription ends on any of the following:

  • You cancel (see §6)
  • Payment fails after our retry attempts (see §4)
  • We terminate for cause (violation of Terms, IP Policy, or these Terms)
  • You close your account
  • We discontinue the Service (see §7)

When your subscription ends:

  • Paid features: access ends. Content you already downloaded to your device remains under your control.
  • Personal data: handled per the Privacy Policy. Records required by law are retained separately.
  • Payment records: retained per applicable law (typically five years).
  • Outstanding fees: if any amounts remain due for services already delivered, we may seek payment.

§9. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Dispute resolution and forum are set out in Terms of Service §13.
