Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the TVIEW LAB auto-renewing subscription and supplement the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Your subscription is sold by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.

1. Auto-renewal and your consent

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS. At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews for another period of the same length at the then-current price, and your payment method is automatically charged, until you cancel. Before you are charged, we clearly and conspicuously disclose these terms in visual proximity to the consent request, and you provide affirmative consent to them. We do not treat your silence or inaction as consent.

2. What we disclose before you pay

The recurring price, the billing frequency, the length of the term, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel. You will also receive an acknowledgment with these terms and the cancellation information in a form you can keep.

3. How to cancel (click to cancel)

You can cancel at any time, online, through your account settings, using a method at least as easy as the way you signed up. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. Renewal reminders and price changes

For California and New York residents: for terms of one year or more, we send a renewal reminder in advance; for a free or promotional period, we notify you before it converts to paid; and we give advance notice of any price change with cancellation information before the new price applies. Where required, we obtain your consent to a price increase or allow you to cancel with a pro-rata refund.

5. Failed payments

If a charge fails or a chargeback is opened, we may suspend or downgrade your access.

6. Refunds on cancellation

Refunds, including any pro-rata refund required by your state's law, are handled under the Refund Policy.
